I scheduled an appointment for oil change and inspection. Then I added on installation of new side rails for my Jeep. Michael was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He made it easy for me to use a coupon that I received in my email. My oil change, inspection, and installation went smoothly. I wasn’t able to use the shuttle service because my Jeep was ready before they were. I will use Michael for future upgrades and services to my Jeep.

I call EVERY WEEK for an update on my plates. Y’all say you’ll call me back, you don’t. You say they are in the mail, they aren’t. You say it’s the DMV it isn’t. You tell me they aren’t in, impossible, cause how did you mail them? Y’all just don’t care about your customers AFTER the sale! I’ve been pulled over twice for expired tags. I bought that car in NOVEMBER OF 2021. This is RIDICULOUS!

Overall, the experience was good. Communication and friendliness of service advisor was great. I still don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment. As it was explained to me is that “customers who don’t have an appointment are treated just as those who have appointments. First come, first service”. This is the second time I have made an appointment and the second time I had to wait for cars who didn’t have an appointment to be serviced before , during and after for my scheduled appointment service is started. I make an appointment because I live too far for the 10 mile courtesy drop off. This is exactly why I make an appointment so that is don’t have to wait a long period of time. Other than that process the service adviser was friendly, explained things thoroughly and diligent.

Recently I’ve had no issues with my vehicle or service at this location and I enjoy my car. Only had my car for a few months and experienced an issue with the tint on my car. Went back to the dealership and told them what happened as I found out my tint was illegal that was done at their location as they put it on. I’ve spoken to my sales guys (which had been awesome and got me an appt to get this corrected). But how hard is it at this location to get the customer proof of this transaction being done as nothing has taken place. All I’ve gotten is a round about and constantly saying we’re trying to get an answer. How hard is to give a letter or receipt showing that the tint was done on this day by your company and corrected by us in this day. This has been a very dissatisfied process.

I have a long relationship with Autonation - even before the dealership was Autonation. I have definitely had ups and downs over the years in Service. But the last time….was great! Shockingly great. I dealt with Vinh. No one could be nicer. My Jeep is older. I try to keep up with maintenance because I love the Jeep. Vinh helped me understand the maintenance needed. He helped me understand the more serious issues found. He kept in touch which was critical due to the rental car situation. I hope Vinh stays a very long time. I highly recommend asking for him specifically! He was so nice to deal with.

First and foremost I want to thank Kathy Nguyen for her professionalism and wonderful attitude. The entire buying experience with her was as good as it gets from start to finish. She gets 5 stars. However, AutoNation's "One price" policy is does not reflect true market values and cost the Dealership another sale on the same day. While they maintain that it is faster and easier for customer (Actually only for the Dealership) , it is just a faster way to sell cars and take trade ins that are not necessarily a fair price , but of much higher profit to the dealership. We wanted to trade another vehicle in for a second one and they offered us $4,000. less than what we received at two other dealerships or just selling it outright. When they realized that they were losing another sale, then they began to negotiate. So much for One price! Bottom line, be educated and if deal doesn't feel right, walk away. Everything is negotiable even if they think its not. Once again, Thanks to Kathy for a wonderful job and for going above and beyond my expectations.

I didn't love the sales process, and was at the dealership for almost 5 hours. I also had to follow up many times to get filters changed and a ding repaired. I'd go 3..75 out of 5 stars. This past experience was horrible compared to the last time. Was never updated on the status of my vehicle since I told the service representative I was going to wait for it. Took 4.5 hours to complete a oil change without an oil change due to the weather. This time the service was better and only took a little over an hour to have an oil change. BUT once again my vehicle was not washed as part of my service agreement. Guess it's time to visit another AutoNation in Houston.

Arrived 20 minutes early and was told to wait In my car that a service agent would be out to assist me, waited about 15 minutes, went inside and was assisted and received an apology for not being noticed. Was told service would take about 2 hours, took and uber around town to run errands and returned only to have to wait an additional hour. 3 hours to get my vehicle serviced with an appointment, and exterior car wash was a joke. Very disappointed and already dreading the next service needed!

This company is really good at getting you into a car. They will tell you anything to make a sale. After 3 1/2 months of lies, I am so glad to be done with them, but I paid way too much for what I got. Word of advance if you’ve already bought from them: they will NOT send you your plates, even if they promise to. They just won’t, they will lie and say they don’t know where they are and wait for you to come pick them up and then apologize for not knowing they were there. Also, don’t agree to a We Owe, they will not come through with any promises after making that sale. See Autonation USA review for more info on that nightmare.

Summary: I drove away with my car, but used my own bank. All the people I worked with at AutoNation were very friendly. Negative: I was prepared to make a very large down payment in order to get a good finance rate and build my credit up. (My credit score is good, but I have not had a loan in about 10 years.) They initially offered a 9% interest rate so I laughed & used my phone to get pre-approved through my bank which offered me 2.24%. I showed them the pre-approval & thought the process could move on. Instead, they offered to beat that with a rate under 2%. That was the beginning of the dealer shuffle I was trying to avoid. After many wasted hours, they would not offer me a rate under 3%, even if I put 90% down. The finance department should learn to value their customers time & only make offers that will be honored. Always, get your own financing before you show up.

Was told by the appointment advisor on the phone and the advisor at the dealership that the service would take 60 to 90 minutes. My white truck had grease fingerprints from the technician on the driver side door and handle as well as the interior windshield. Very disappointing and a waste of time to say the least.

Bought a used 2022 Mini Cooper on 3-1. Was told I would be notified when the permanent plates arrived. Got a call from Josh on/or about 4-6 telling me my plates were in. I told him to mail them to me to avoid an 80 mi trip to pick them up. It is now 4-18 and still no plates. Called to check status. Left a message. No call back. Not sure if they were not mailed or sent to the wrong address. This isnot the type of service I expect from an AutoNation dealer based on previous purchases. Finally got in touch with Josh and got a fedex tracking number for my plates. Fedex informed me the package was sent to my home address rather than my mailing address as instructed. Plates apparently delivered to the wrong house or stolen. Established a claim with fedex to track down where they were delivered.

My wife scheduled an appointment to have the battery changed on my 2019 Compass at 8am. Unfortunately on the way there, the car died and had to be towed in. Can you believe it took almost 4 hours to change a battery? Both batteries were bad and they only had one in stock. The folks there said they'd change the one battery and if she went to an auto parts store and got the other battery they would just charge the labor. Really? So, $300, 4 hours later and with only one new battery she left. Nope, not going back again.

2x Dodge Truck owner. Bought both vehicles purchased from other dealerships (both attempts here in Katy were less than stellar). Anyhow, let's talk service department. Previous years I've had so/so experiences. Used to be a SA named David A that was always very helpful when I would get him (Circa 2018-2019). I know from visiting more recently it seems like the service department got cleared out and some new blood. I get business, that happens. The last couple weeks I have had quite a bit of warranty work; oil leak, replace radio and shifter cable. My service advisor, Buddy, has been insanely helpful during the process. Because of marginal past experiences, I am certain I came in with attitude initially. But, Buddy was reassuring and had everything assessed. He determined what was covered via factory warranty, what was covered on my extended and even arranged my rental car the week I was without my truck. I am not sure if that is normal, but let me tell you I was grateful. He'd given me his cell # - which these days is great (it's not always easy navigating the dealership phone systems, specially when people are busy). He kept in regular communication (both calls and texts) with me about my vehicles status. Aside from a slight miscommunication on a fuel filter change, I came out of pocket ZERO. Not for the rental car, not for the tow bill when my shifter cable broke and not for anything done to my truck thus far (I'd guess about $5k in work +/-). I am giving a 4 star, mostly because it's tough to get a hold of the service department on their house lines - no reflection on Buddy. As nice as he is/was to me, I hope I am done seeing the service department for a while.

The main issue with the Service Dept is lack of communication. I brought our 2021 Durango in to fix the passenger window that wouldn't roll up. They said a part needed to be ordered and they would let me know when it was in. 3 wks later I called and my rep wasn't available and they said she would call me back as soon as she finished with the customer. Next day called and left a msg with no return call. Next day called and someone checked on the part and it hadn't arrived yet but they would let me know as soon as it come in. Now fast forward 6 more weeks and I go thru the same thing. 2 days and multiple calls later (a couple talking to service mgr) I found out the part was there but they couldn't tell me how long it had been there. They did a good job of getting me in and out on a busy Saturday but I will not be taking my car there for service again or purchasing a car from them again.

There was no dealer add on, which made negotiating the price straightforward. Bought 3 jeeps from this dealership. I have no problems with the sales department but service is absolutely horrible. Service rep Deigo told me my oil change and tire rotation was done and if I’d like a car wash….nearly 30 minutes later my car is not ready and it will be another 10 minutes for the wash. If the oil change wasn’t free I would NOT be coming here. I didn’t even get a receipt…..taking my business elsewhere.

I drove in from Austin to pickup a RAM 2500. Chris A. Couldn’t have made it easier. I pulled up and he was waiting with the truck. With it washed and checked out, all that was left to do was sign and drive. All in all, took about an hour or so get it all done. Not bad in this upside down crazy car market. The service itself was unimpressive. When I got home my tire pressure light came on for both front tires . Both tires were under inflated by 10 PSI. Had to then take additional time to fix this on my own. One would think that ones vehicle would be returned back to them with the proper tire pressure after brining it in for rotation but I guess not . Also a year ago I had purchased and installed a spray on bedliner. I got a loaner car since the service was going to take most of the day. When I returned the loaner car I left some personal items behind (this was my fault for sure as I should have checked the back seat) but when I called my service advisor hoping an honest person might have turned them in I had no luck . They “couldn’t find them.” Very disappointing as it was a matter of maybe a few hours. I have 3 more pre paid oil changes and rotations left and honestly I’ll probably just choose to pay out of pocket elsewhere . I have yet to have a good experience here so most likely done with Jeep Auto Nation Katy.

Overpriced and money hungry. Took 18 days to do a simple window replacement and they didn’t even match the tint on the replacement to my other windows when I have emails on record of asking them to do so and they agreed. So I had to wait longer for them to fix their mistake. Also, after getting my car back I noticed my windshield wipers had been swapped out with old worn out wipers. Never trusting this place again and will definitely spread the word about my experience.

For a simple fuel filter replacement and just minor service needs. The customer service here is horrible! Will not be back here would rather travel a distance than come here close to home.

Drove down from San Marcos to view a vehicle, asked if we could do the financing the next day and was told that would work, given it was already 10 p.m. and had to return back home. Texted the salesman the next morning to see if the purchase order had been sent to my credit union (had my own financing)… was told they were working on it. I checked with my credit union and was told they had not received a purchase order. I check with the salesman the following day (this is now day 3) and tells me it was a busy day for him and would check the following day. I never heard back from him and now it appears the car is not available. Not sure what the issue was or how hard it was for them to check with their finance department what the hang up was? I already had financing lined up, just needed a purchase order sent to my credit union so they could issue the check. Guess my money wasn’t good enough or they wanted me to use one of their lenders. Regardless, I will not be doing business with them.

The salesperson Daine was very helpful at first, after purchase of the vehicle not so much. Less than a week after purchasing my truck it wouldn’t start and I had to get it jumped to start up, this has been ongoing till I can get it to a mechanic to see what Is wrong. I’ve made the dealership aware of the issue and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. I tried reaching out to the GM because you would think buying a vehicle from a reputable dealership like Autonation is pretty safe, I have yet to hear back I left a voicemail, I’ve tried emailing and no responses. I have a nail in my tire that I haven’t been able to get patched because I’ve been waiting for them to get back to me for the locking lug nut key. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing a used vehicle here. Less than a week and it wouldn’t start up. I’ve had no one reach out about any of the issues and I’ve given an ample amount of time for a response before I decided to leave a review that they keep sending me emails to do.

Ordered a factory built car through them 4 months ago which required a $1000 deposit. Salesman was super unprofessional throughout the process. Never providing updates… even said the factory does not supply a VIN number (which is a lie). Anyways after 4 months passed the salesman calls me to let me know that my order has been lost……. (Aka they probably sold it to someone else for more money). Afterwards i requested my $1000 deposit back which took over a month to get after getting the BBB involved. Worst attempted car buying experience of my life. If you are in the market for a dodge / chrysler / jeep / ram i suggest you go somewhere else. This dealership is super scummy!

I took our Chrysler Pacifica minivan in because the engine light was on for a cylinder 3 misfire. The technician removed the cylinder 3 spark plug and found the cylinder filled with coolant. The technicians diagnosis? A CRACKED ENGINE BLOCK even though it has less than 100k miles and has never been in an accident. I thought that was ridiculous so I took it to CarSport on Mason Rd for a second opinion (I didn't even want the AutoNation tech to investigate further after claiming that). The second I mentioned coolant in the motor, they immediately knew it was because of a common problem all Chryslers have with a certain filter that leaks coolant into the motor. And guess what? That's exactly what the problem was. If the service technicians at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Katy are going to jump to insane conclusions as a knee jerk reaction, they're going to lose customers. And that's exactly what has happened here because we will not be going back other than for warranty or recall work.

Our sales associate Barry Alster was awesome. However, the paper work and purchase part took way toooo long. We should be able to completely pay off our Compass, instead of only half. You could have checked with our bank and see we had the funds. We also traded in our 2020 Jeep Compass, that should have been a huge plus to Auto Nation Jeep!! The process took way too long. We were there from 12:30 to 8PM!

I had a great experience taking my Dodge Challenger Hellcat in for service work at Autonation Dodge in Katy. I made an appointment with a service writer named Diego and he took good care of me and my car. I dropped it off in the morning and he called later that same day to let me know that the work was complete and I could pick up my car when it was convenient. My old parts were even placed in a box in the trunk for me to inspect. I thought that was a nice touch and was appreciated. In Past Times the service was extremely spectacular. It was nice to go for service because of how fast the customer was served. Today after a while without going, since yesterday I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am and I was there up to 4 hours and 37 minutes later, what was supposed to be 1 hour and a half to a maximum of two hours. I lost a contract at work that I had to pick up at 1 in the afternoon because of the excess time. When I contacted the representative for the 3rd time and I complained to the "Manager" it was that they were going to enter the truck for service after 3 and a half hours. Super poor service and customer service at this facility. You talk to someone to ask a question and they look you up and down like they despise you. Today I felt for the first time in this country and with your service as someone without value in society. I felt like in the country where I come from. Where there is no respect for humanity. Where only one sector can enjoy the services. The fact of complaining and that the person with whom you do it shrugs his shoulders as a sign that he does not care what you say leaves much to be desired.

I had to service my Ram truck and everything worked out exceptionally well. CYNTHIA RAMIREZ was my service attendant and she displayed high level of customer service to me. Service seemed rushed. No one asked me if I was ok with changing filters or other things (which was more money I was willing to spend) during my oil change. They didn’t even check my tires because my tire light was still on after my car was ready. Also they don’t wash your car after service here. Only reason I’d come back is because it’s close to my house. But if I find another place closer, I’d go there instead.

I have owned a Jeep for 2 years that I have bought from the same place. It met an accident and I wanted to trade in with a new vehicle with same features. The sales person said it’s the same vehicle and gave me a new vehicle. After purchasing, I noticed that a lot of features that I had before were missing. I contacted sales person right away, and he said manager would call me. I have never received a call. I emailed. I got a reply back form manager, with a fake call back phone number. Then I visited the dealership several times. 10 days later, I have traded the new vehicle again with another one. During the trade, they blackmailed me and got an all 10 review for better pricing. After I got my second car with in 10 days, the sales person said he will fill up my gas tank if I give him another all 10 review. A week later, finance manager called me and he said he will fill up the tank and also give me all season mats for feee if I give them all 10 rating again. I have insisted not to run my credit I will get my own, they don’t listen at all. That ran my credit with 4 banks, 4 checks. Over all , I will not go back.

I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs on Feb 15, 2022 and did not get it back until Mar 10th. The Service Writer told me they were almost a week behind in their diagnostic dept. Part of the repairs were covered by my Chrysler warranty, but many expensive services were not, so I had to pay almost $1,250. I was notified that the vehicle was ready on Tues, Mar 8, but I could not get there until Thurs. When I arrived and attempted to check out, there was some problem with the paperwork which caused another delay of some 30 - 45 minutes. All of this is totally unacceptable. It should not take over 3 weeks to have my Jeep repaired.

The salesman was a nice guy but he was so focused on making the sale he never went over all the information about the Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel I purchased. On the test driver I asked about the trailer backing assist feature and he did not know anything about it. Overall I was disappointed with the salesman and his lack of knowledge about the truck - it would have been nice for someone to go over all the features so I didn't have to learn everything from the owners manual. I do like the truck.

I recently had my vehicle serviced there and because my warranty has expired I had to pay 500+ for a diagnostic and what amounted to them changing out my Pacifica's two batteries. That's fine, thankfully I had the money to do it. But about one day later my check engine like came on. It just didn't sit right with me that I JUST had my vehicle serviced, and now my check engine light came on for some random issue. They also performed a recall as well. So I called to see if they can take a look, but of course my warranty expired so they wanted to charge me ANOTHER diagnostic fee. I said no thank you and hung up. If I have to spend more money, I will spend it elsewhere.

Let me first start by saying that the actual sale of the vehicle was great. But the issue that I am having with absolutely NO service after the sale. Once the deal is done all I was able to receive for the first full week of owning the vehicle is nothing but run around for a very simple resolution. Please make sure before finalizing the deal that everything in the vehicle is updated as it is supposed to be. This is my second vehicle purchased from this location and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I would definitely reconsider any referrals that I may send to this dealership.

I recently purchased a brand new Chrysler Pacifica and less than a month, the car broke down! My wife drove it to work early in the morning and it did not even make it out of the community, thank God. All of a sudden the car stopped and the gearshift automatically put the vehicle in park. All the dash lights came on and was flashing.It was in the middle of the road of our community. I had to go over there to try and move it to the side and not block neighbors. However each time I put the vehicle in neutral or drive, so I can push it out of the way, it defaults to park! I got it towed to the car dealership and it has taken so far two weeks about and the vehicle still not ready. I did get a small Corolla that I am responsible to pay the taxes on, which I still don’t agree. They don’t even have a larger vehicle to accommodate my needs since I have a big three row van. I have to pay a daily fee of five dollars, if I use the tollway on top of the toll booth fee, which that is not cool. Also, the reason they are taking so long is because they stated some of the staff are out due to Covid, which is not my fault for the delay. We’re hoping to go on a family trip, but had to cancel because of the car being too small… This is the worst new car experience I have ever had. To add salt to this, I even wanted to let their manager and sales rep know of the experience a couple of times, but no response or acknowledgment. Latest update that I just received text from service advisor dated 1/14 Good morning. We had to reorder your alternator, the one that arrived was damaged. On August 21, 2021 I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Sport with extended warranty from “Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge- Katy, TX” the vehicle has been in the shop for almost half the time I’ve had it. I have called to speak with the GM, or any manager and also sent a certified letter to them, and no response at all. I am out of time and money, I need help badly. Can anyone help me get a meeting with them or recommend a good lawyer for me because I really feel like I’ve been ripped off. I have all my receipts, mileage and dates of all incidents.

Oh and they claim to inspect every aspect of the vehicles before putting them up for sale which I find this hard to believe with all the problems that I am already having with the truck

On January 19th 2022 we purchased a 2013 Ford F 250 Super Duty Lariat . Our salesman was Joshua Ross. We test drove another vehicle but did not like it. We were going to go to another Auto Nation dealership in Houston where this truck was located. Joshua was kind enough to bring it over to his dealership the same day. We test drove this truck and realized it did not have a backup camera or navigation. Joshua assured us that would be an easy fix and Car Toys would be able to do that. We went to Car Toys andthey told us that because it has the Ford factory sync radio there was nothing they could do for us. The truck was driving fine until we went on the freeway today January 25th. The truck started shaking when we went above 60mph . At first we thought it was the diesel exhaust fluid. We added more and completely filled it. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. We took the truck to a local repair shop we use for our other vehicles called Magnolia Auto. Magnolia auto did a free diagnostic checkup and found the truck need $7,000 in repairs ( tires needed replacement, cab mounts need replacing, Front brakes under 20%, shocks undersized for truck, steering stabilizer undersized for truck, oil filter housing leaking at upper oil pan. The air filters were filthy and we replaced them. The oil was dark and we did an oil change. No windshield washer fluid. We replaced that. We replaced the wipers as well . Those were bad… We called our car salesman Joshua and told him we were coning and he told us he would tell his manager. We came to the dealership and Jared who is Joshua’s manager saw the paperwork from Magnolia Auto and was informed about the shaking problem going above 60 mph and told us there was nothing he could do for us. We were a over their 5 day 250 mile return policy. We even purchased an extended warranty which now is a waste if money . Buyer beware!! We will be contacting the BBB as well!! Hopefully, my husband won’t die in this vehicle. We will also be contacting the news media as well.

I bought a vehicle last week from there. We had the best sales experience, they were not pushy on the sale of the vehicle. Our sales person AJ was awesome she was able to answer our questions and was quick with response times. As we picked out the vehicle they got all paperwork done. We came back up on Tuesday to sign the paperwork with Diego in finance he was excellent he was able to explain everything in detail and get us where we wanted to be with the vehicle. they already had the vehicle detailed and of full gas while we were in and out. Truly one of the best experiences we have had in long time. We highly recommend going to see the fine people at autonation Dodge Katy they know how to treat there customers.

Finance After waiting for hours, they tried to congratulate s on getting 5% financing without actually running our credit. We were about to walk when they magically found rate at 2%. This was very deceptive and wonder how many people were duped. Delivery Got home and discovered the functional spare was flat. I paid for a "certified" vehicle and this was clearly missed by the dealer. The sales manager, Jared, would not return my calls to arrange to have the flat fixed. Auto Nation in Austin fixed it for me after hearing I had just bought the vehicle. Houston Autonation has a lot to learn in servicing the customer after the sale. Also after we got back to Austin, Finance called us to say they had messed up on the paperwork which cost me an additional $1,000 out of pocket. He was more interested in selling me warranties and other products instead of servicing the financing. One thing is for sure that Auto Nation in Katy, TX is not reputable and we will never do business with them again.

I have been given the run around. part are ordered and then not here. then I have been told they're returning them. Vin (lane manager for service) had said one thing, waited 2 weeks, then back tracked and lied about it. the only decent thing they have there is Buddy( service manager). I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them ever again. Mgmt here is obtuse, communications are a farce, and I am tired of fighting. the only thing keeping me in this is the fact that my DISABLED VETERAN HUSBAND needs the repairs to be done. my next step is getting the media involved. this service is deplorable, mis-managed , and absolutely a discredit to the industry. Believe when I say, I am being as adult about this as possible to ensure others can read this. don't waste your time with this dealership and it's incompetence.

Worst customer service. Was attempting to purchase 2021 Ram 5500 a few weeks ago. They didn’t even have item in stock or on an adjacent AutoNation lot. Not even in there inventory. Got the run around for hrs while they allegedly prep the vehicle. Finally sales Manager attempted to sell me another vehicle that wasn’t even what I was looking for. Now Parts department, AutoZone has better quality parts people. These guys sold me a trailer brake module that wasn’t even for my vehicle. Had to have an actual quality dealer find out what the issue was with the electric brakes, well wrong module. Attempted to return, parts Mgr states, “Well we can not accept it, since not in original box”. Plus over charged like most dealers do. I’ll drive an extra hour to pickup parts and have quality service. Never going back to AutoNation..

I made an appointment 2days in advance. Arrived ten minutes early(I was told my oil change would take 45min- 1hr) and after being at the appointment for an hour and a half was told I had to wait another hour for my oil filter to be delivered. My oil change took over 3 hours and when I finally had my car returned the oil life was still reading 10%!! Was my oil really changed??!!!!!

Mr. Chavez was awesome in getting us taken care of during the paperwork / signing period. He kept us well informed and was honest about not knowing something if we asked, but was quick to find an answer for us. Got us taken care of and approved for the truck I’ve wanted for a while…. Now the nightmare, not but 24hrs later, the radio started ‘ghosting’ (changing stations on its own, changing inputs. If Bluetooth was connected making random calls, even emergency calls to 911 (that was fun). Driver side running board was not operating properly operating, the driver side window would not roll up automatically, back seat wouldn’t fold correctly up, and the breaks squeal. Was told by our salesman that we would be taken care of, and the exact opposite has happened. I found all of those issues in the first 24-48 hours, but the vehicle was said to have “gone thru an (however many point) inspection….” Ya, right! I’m no Certified Mechanic, but I’m not oblivious to know something is wrong either…. They asked us to bring it in to review and address the issues which meant to me that they are accepting responsibility and fixing it. So I setup a time to bring it in. My warranty was adjusted to ensure accommodation for the issues to be repaired… or so I thought. Buddy, works in the service department, has been exceptional on helping us and trying his best to get us taken care of and has hit road blocks by taking it thru the proper channels. At this point, it’s no one wanting to take responsibility for what management knows is wrong, and how shady this is becoming. Now my salesman has said he won’t be in for a couple of weeks and referred me to another rep. (These are not all of the details, but the cliff note version). I am happy to work with and speak to whomever I need to in order to address the issues and begin repairs. If nothing can be done then, I would like to return the vehicle and get my down payment back.

I was not gonna leave a bad review if they at least return my email, but since they didn’t, here it goes… Bought a car there, like all other dealers, time to sell, they are all your friends! When you need something, they don’t get back to your email. They promised my car was all checked up, not really. Engine air filter awful dirty! I mean, really bad! Cabin filter the same, lots of dry leaves and dead bugs inside the filter! Wiper blades dry and not doing a good job! Sent email to them explaining the problems, but of course, no response. Those are simple things that cost nothing to the dealer to replace, but the thing is all about making more money on the customer! Really disappointed on how they treated me not answering my email. This car will be changed pretty soon, and I was hoping to do business with them again, no more! So if you deal with those guys, check all those things before you buy a car there, because they WILL rip you off! All those things make me think, did they change my oil?? Drove 500 miles with the car, went to change the oil, was disgusting dirty, black! So no, they DID NOT change the oil either! Open your eyes with AUTONATION!

Had to choose between yes and no, but I would qualify, as it took several tries over several days to reach someone. I ultimately drive to the dealership and was at the counter being served while still on hold on the phone, before I hung after a total of 30 minutes on hold. Their customer service on the phone sucks. Having said that the Service Advisor I worked with (Ms Foreman) at the dealership was excellent.

Awful customer service. Bought a new grand Cherokee last year and have had multiple issues with it. Today took it in for the 20k checkup and once I left oil And smoke came out of the car everywhere. It broke down on side of the road. They apparently forgot to put the oil filter on. Absolutely ridiculous and dangerous! Car was delivered and still covered in oil. Multiple calls to the manager and never heard back. Unacceptable.

My shopping experience with Carlos was fantastic! He assisted my husband and I with all of our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I went in Pre-Approved from my Credit Union but I forgot to get my express draft check signed by my Branch manager. I couldn’t drive away with the auto that night but Carlos and the finance manager I worked with were so kind to offer to drive my new car to my Credit Union branch where I work, the next morning! Amazing customer service and so nice of them to do that! Nothing short of an amazing experience and I so thankful I found my auto in my budget! We believe the warranty work was completed. However, we declined the oil change and tire rotation once we were told the cost ($89). We were told oil change and tire rotation were completed anyway. We were not given our keys until the $89 was paid. Dealership is less than 2 miles from our home. Dispite that, we'll be going elsewhere for all new warranty and service work.

I waited over a year for a Chrysler recall on the dashboard of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. The parts finally came in, and J.T., my service advisor surprised me when I took my Jeep in for routine service. It took a week to complete the repairs, but the dash is now brand new looking. My only downside was the lack of someone to answer the telephone or to return my numerous phone calls.

1) Their service dept signs have a lane for "express" service like oil changes, but no lane for bigger repair work, leaving you wondering where the heck you're supposed to go. This is bad signage. 2) I was ignored by service advisors for 10 minutes before someone finally waited on me. 3) A service appointment doesn't mean a quick in-out that you can wait on. They still want to keep your car overnight. 4) They wanted $933 to replace a rear liftgate latch, comprised of $430 for the part plus 2 hours labor. The part can be found online for $260, and it's only three screws to remove and replace it. Severe over-charging. I rejected their estimate, and did the work myself. 5) Concealed handguns are prohibited on the property. They do not respect your 2nd Amendment rights, and discriminate against licensed gun owners. 6) Watch this message disappear in mere minutes!

Warning: Do not buy from this dealership! This has been the most horrible experience with any dealership I've ever had. I bought a Autonation Certified vehicle on May 4th. It's been seven weeks and they still haven't submitted my information to their warranty company. I know this because the car they sold me is complete junk, cleverly disguised with bandaids to get it off the lot. The Subaru dealership found several issues with the vehicle costing thousands of dollars in repair. After many attempts to get these repairs covered, the warranty company informs us that they have no record of this vehicle. I've been calling and emailing Autonation with no answer or reply whatsoever. Once you buy a car they just completely ignore you. Very bad business.

was required to return the vehicle after 3 days, as central locking not working. was advised by sales rep, no worries all covered under the limited warranty issued when purchased ( 3 days prior), was duly booked into service center 4 days later. Left car, phoned at end of day to get update, to be told, not covered under warranty and if I wanted the work done it would need a 180 diagnostic to determine the issue on top of repair cost. full day waited and warranty not honored, unable to contact a senior manager and left with car i wish could return for a full refund. I would not use this sales company again, and would recommend everyone to drive right past and find a company that has some integrity. I would be delighted is one of the management team would reach out tome to explain why, they can get my contact from Sayra, ref jeep Grand Cherokee... if you can be bothered with any customer service!!!!

Car was sold with an issue, returned to sales team after day 3 of purchase to explain, told no issue and covered by the warranty, booked in to service centre the following week to resolve. Service team took car did nothing and then claimed not covered by warrant and demanded 180$ for the diagnostic. Had I known I would have exercised the 5 day money back guarantee but they probably would not honour that either

My service manager Derrick was excellent. He provided updates as I waited and insight as to some additional maintenance items I needed to address. I was confident that he was being honest with me and not just trying to sell additional services for whatever reasons. I bought my vehicle from a different dealer in Houston and felt they were dishonest in their business dealings. I will never set foot in that dealers location ever again, even if they were the only dodge dealership left in the country. The Katy location- where I went for my repairs- has been great. I highly recommend their service department.

I went in for my final of 3 oil change ,tire rotation and car wash. I don't usually get the wash because I do it. The car looked like they ran it through and didn't wipe it down at all. The entire car had water spots mixed with dirt everywhere (THE CAR IS A BLACK 300) I would have thought the dealership would have been more interested in sending it out looking clean and shiny to entice car buyer's to want one!! It took me 2 hours to get rid of the mess they made of my car! I am very disappointed!

I called ahead to be sure they had the exact Jeep that I wanted. I spoke with Fernando Meza & he assured me he had it. I asked him to hide it for me. He sent me a text w a pic of the key! I made it over a few days later & Fernando was there, & my new Jeep was waiting for me out front. We took a quick test ride; then down to business. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. He knew the what I wanted to pay & how much I would out down. He got me a low interest rate & I signed the forms. The dealership is very open & clean; everyone I met & dealt with was polite & a joy to deal with. I’d been to two other dealers for this jeep - Fernando @ Autonation treated me with respect. The other two places saw a single woman looking @ cars & were not even nice to me. I’d highly recommend Fernando Meza @ Autonation.

My 2020 Jeep Wrangler looks great but doesn't run! I bought it in March 2020... it was being displayed in the lobby at the time. The service department has replaced batteries, updated software, replaced transmission and other stuff but the Jeep still doesn't work. Did not get a loaner the first time (told no vehicles available). Second time got a Dodge Durango and currently driving a Jeep Rubicon. Jeep has been in shop for over 3 months and I've had to take it 6 times for the same issue. My Jeep only has 11,600 miles. I hope the manufacturer steps up because the dealership is not.

My sales rep Ameechi was good but his manager Jarod Jones was not transparent about the whole deal to make a long story short I need a scratch on the vehicle to be repaired and that was established prior to me buying it however they only put a coat over it which left the scratch still visible am that is after they agreed to fix it completely now he wants to charge me to help pay a portion of the repair for it ,so basically , they will do anything or say anything for the sale making them dishonest and untrustworthy when a person spends 55k$ with you , your response should not be that it’s because it’s a used vehicle it should be “no problem let’s get this issue fixed’’ so for my wife car We’re buying I’ll head back to car max or a more customer friendly and transparent establishment

Soon as i left rhe lot with rhe truck i was forgotten and ignored. On truck bed rail cap was not attached to bed with clips and flew off the first time i went on the fwy. Called, texted, left messages and emails and was ignored. This should be covered under warranty. Truck looks terrible with no cap and all the holes for rhe cliips. For about $100 on a $32k truck they could have made it right. Do not reccomend

One of rhe truck bed cap rails was missing all th clips to hold it down. Rhe first time i went on the freeway it flew off. This should be civered in the warranty. I texted, emailed, called, left messages, Recieved no response from anyone. Its been about a month driving around without it, all the holes in the bed rail for theclips looking like crap. Im going to have ro buy one. For $100 you lost my business and i recommend tou dont use them either

After having a horrific experience at the Spring location, I decided to drive to the Katy location since that’s where the vehicle was any, and I’m glad I did. Exavier listened to my wants and he came through. From the monthly rate I wanted to be at to the miles driven and lease term. Each person I dealt with at this location was attentive and pleasant. They say they do a 125 multi-point inspection, but every three months when you go in for an oil change they’ll find a massive problem with the vehicle. & then when it’s just how the vehicle came that’s causing a problem, like if the vehicle comes with a lift that’s got the wrong parts & causing problems, they’ll try & charge you $1400 to replace a front drive shaft. Even if you bought the extended warranty package that says anything major wrong with the vehicle will be fixed $0 down. LOL not! & don’t worry, it’s not just this location. Spring sucks too. I bought from Katy & take it in for service in Spring. Katy is an absolute steaming pile of cow poop. Do NOT buy from here. Save your money!

They didn?t start working on my car till eleven then it wasn?t ready till 1:30. I know it takes time but if only someone would come out and say something it would make all the difference. I asked about my car and he almost bit my head off. Raised his voice and said just because you had an appointment it doesn?t mean anything, I will bring out the car when it?s ready. All the people that are in the front have an attitude. When I first got there, I walked in and no one looked up and said good morning, they were to busy on their phone. A few seconds I stood there and waited but no one said anything. I finally said HELLO GOOD MORNING. Someone needs to either shut the place down or get a whole new crew

I have served this great nation proudly for 24 years. I do not know how many times; they have pulled this on customers in the past. I refuse to be a victim and hopefully this will stop them doing it in the future. I am not any customer with AutoNation Katy. I have purchased 8 vehicles in the past 15 years with them. Also, I have referred several military members, friends, and family to go purchase a vehicle there. I received an email from General Manager Cecilio Flores asking of my experience. I emailed my response below about my concerns with not meeting an agreement with the trade offer but decided to continue my loyalty with them on purchasing my future vehicle. Hello Cecilio, (GM) Thank you for reaching out, I was at the dealership yesterday working with salesman Hector making my deposit to hold a 2021 Ram TRX. Salesman Caleb initiated the process on helping us find our new truck. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years at that dealership. Below is a list of vehicles I have purchased there. I have always been satisfied with my purchases. The sales team through the years has always been professional. Which is the main reason for me to always come back as well as being Dodge and Ram fanatics. However, this last purchase for the TRX has left me puzzled with my trade. Your sales management was unable to match a competitor trade offer with the Laramie. My sales tax on the TRX is estimated $5700. I am losing out the sales tax that should have been around $2900 with the trade. This is discouraging as a customer I always want to get the most on my purchase. Even with this $2800 difference, I still came to this dealership and put my deposit down on the TRX. In the past, numbers have been worked through and both parties ended up being happy. But that was not the case this last time. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. I really thought more effort could have been made to get a better result. Berry was a fantastic sales constant, however his MANAGER has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. We went 2 nights ago to check out a truck that was brand new to the lot. We met the manager, shook his hand, and told him we wanted to buy the truck. We were told it needed to go through servicing before we could proceed with the sale. We followed up first thing in the morning and throughout the rest of the day and night to get updates on its progress. Berry was wonderful at keeping us informed. We went ahead and secured financing. Before the dealership even opened the next day we reach out again to Berry, and learned that someone got preapproved online and reserved the truck through 3:00 that day. We were extremely disappointed to find out someone online was able to jump in front of us, especially since we were ready to buy the truck 2 days prior and all we were waiting on was the dealership. We waited until 5:00 and drove back to the dealership to see if the truck was still there and it was! We were ready to complete the sale that minute. The manager had us wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while he frantically tried to call the second buyer and urge him to come in. After30 minutes, he came out to tell us he was going to give the second buyer 72 hours to come in and told us to go home. I can only assume the manager gets the commission from online sales, which is why he would grant a no-show IP address 72 hours and refuse to sell it to us while we were standing in the lobby with cash in hand. Not only did he kick us out and refuse to sell us the car we had been waiting on for 3 days, I am sure Berry lost his commission as well. I’m still trying to figure out why the second buyer was granted 72 hours to buy the truck yet it was sold out from under their in-person buyers who had been asking to purchase it for 3 days. Berry was begging to sell us the car, and the manager said no. Never trust a manager who puts his own interest over his employees. Horrible business practices and a horrible manager. DO NOT give this company your money.

This was the third time I brought my 2019 RAM 2500 Laramie (Diesel 4X4) to this dealership for a recurring electrical problem. I returned for two reasons; 1. This dealership attempted this work twice previously but failed to identify the fault. In all fairness, electrical gremlins can be very elusive. 2. The Service Advisor is someone I trusted immediately with this problem - Greg did a very good job! As far as the quality of the repair, it works for now! Time will tell if the quality is less than I?ve rated it. But, I can?t find fault in a repair that works and I cannot inspect. The repair took just shy of 11 hours from the time I dropped it off until the time I was told the paperwork was ready. The technician charged two hours to troubleshoot and repair. No parts were required - it seems there was corrosion on an electrical connection for the AUX Switch module (which also houses the Tow/Haul switch, Front Parking Sensor, Rear Parking Sensor and the Automatic Exhaust Brake Switch. Facilities - there was a place for customers to sit but I wasn?t going to sit there for 11 hours!

Communication horrible, was told I was texted info about my truck but never got it, got a phone call about 1 hour and 15 minutes in. Checking out was horrible, had to wait 15 minutes for a specific rep when trying to pick my truck up when there was 10 + people in the sales room. All I got was a oil change and tire rotation, should have took 15-20 minutes tops and it was over 2 hours. Plus online says tire rotation is free when I was charged $29 fix the website.

The service advisor said he texted me earlier that the truck was ready. I did not receive any texts. He confirmed my cell phone #. It was correct. I picked up the truck around 2:00 pm. They rotated the tires per service contract, but did not adjust the air pressure. Front should be at 55 psi and rear at 45 psi. My low tire pressure warning light came on for front tires today. I aired up the front tires to spec and removed air from the rear tires to spec. Oh, and $72 for replacement windshield wipers is kinda high. I'll be sure to purchase them elsewhere and replace them myself in the future.

had an appointment for oil change and wheel alignment. Dropped the car at 9 am, was told 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Service rep couldn't find my appointment, couldn't find the car, seemed flustered. He called an hour later to say the car needed a lot of extra work and I declined knowing it was due for 60K tune up in a few months. I asked when the car would be ready and got a song and dance about the wait time for the alignment, "but I had an appointment and you said no more than 3 hours". Finally got the car at 4pm. Guess they were pissed because I didn't want to spend an extra $600 on that day. Driving home I noticed they didn't bother putting a new service reminder sticker on the windshield and had to check my oil when I got home, and I gave them a call about it. The only reason I "recommend" this dealer is it's the best of the most mediocre Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep dealer in the area.

Pick up the car after 5 days and they did not even give me a car wash . After leaving a bad review on another website I had a call from the service manager who left a message to call him back. e had such difficulty with the sales staff that we didn't even bother purchasing a car from here. I get it, we're a young couple and maybe people don't take us seriously when it comes to buying a brand new car. After having to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, we finally got to meet a salesman. Our first salesman, Adam, made it clear from the get go that he had no interest in us because he was too busy texting his other clients while we were sitting right in front of him. On top of that, he kept calling my boyfriend the wrong name (I mean, he literally gave him his license?). When his other clients showed up, he dumped us onto another salesman, Sharif, who tried to argue that he was too busy for us. He finally conceded and brought the car around to test drive only to then tell us that we couldn't test drive it because my boyfriend was under 21.... he's 22 (and has been for a while). We finally convinced him to let ME drive it when I gave him my license but with the condition that I had to be in the passenger seat for the first half of the drive. But before we even got onto the road, the car's check engine light mysteriously turned on and he said we couldn't test drive this. I begged Sharif if there were others available or anything similar we could test drive. He left us sitting in the lobby for 45 more minutes until Adam came back, realized we were still waiting, and helped us out. So finally, after 2 hours of waiting and being ignored and disrespected by sales staff, we got to test drive the car! Adam was actually very kind and helpful when he wasn't busy until he made a racist comment about how Sharif should've been nicer to my boyfriend because they're from the same area. Because yeah, of course, all brown people are from the same area 🙄. Also they do not enforce masks at all in case this is something important to you, like it is to me. So take my advice: Respect yourself and go to literally any other dealership

My sales associate, Jared, was fantastic. Finance department was very slow. Was there for hours. Only reason I wouldn?t recommend is difficulty with finishing process and lack of negotiation on price of vehicle.

I took my 2017 chrysler minivan there twice for a stalling issue. The first time they held the minivan for about a week, told us they couldn't find any issue, and charged us a diagnostic fee. The second time they held the car 4 days and they claimed that the problem was the auxiliary battery and there was a lose terminal. This sounded like the recall issue the same dealer was supposed to fix 2 years ago. Anyways, the battery and laboring for the terminal leads up to $450. When we checked out the paperwork doesn't show what battery was installed. There is a statement on the repair paperwork that says "check behind this page for warranty and disclaimer". The behind page is blank. Very unprofessional servicing. They can't really find the problem and apparently fixes and repairs come with 2 year warranty which was mentioned nowhere written. Just a mouth or word..

I will never do business again with this company, and the corporate branches to this company. After being denied a claim that is going to cost thousands based on false assumptions by the inspector. I had so many battles to have them cover the cost to an engine replacement, the battles did not go anywhere, and regardless, the warranty folks did not want to cover the cost even though there was diagnostic proof to back up my claim. It didn't matter, after a month and a half of being without our jeep and the many battles over the phone, and the dead end conversations that escalate to not one relevant person. I would not recommend this place or any other Chrysler Jeep place, ever. In fact, if I could give less than one star I would. If you still choose to move forward with dealing with this place, please be sure to pray over your vehicle, you do not want to go through the headaches that I did, and a deny on a claim, simply because they refused to payout and what rightfully needs to be done. Even after all said and done, it took over a week to get the engine back in order, just so I can take it somewhere else.

My husband and I scheduled an appointment at a different dealer in the Houston area to test drive and purchase a 2021 Jeep Wrangler, but were addressed by two salespersons, never given names, and when one of the sales persons went inside to get the keys (did not invite us inside), they never returned. We waited on the lot for almost an hour. We decided to go to the Katy location. After an appropriate amount of time looking through the lot, Chris A. approached us and offered assistance. He introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, offered us water (it was a typical March day in Houston). Chris listened, truly listened, to what we were looking for, was not overbearing or pushy, and didn't get frustrated with me as I changed my mind about thirty times (color, transmission type, trim packages, etc.). Chris just kept rolling with what I threw at him, communicated quickly, respectfully, and professionally, but not standoffish or 'uppity'. While signing paperwork with the finance department, we were treated with the same down to earth respect. There was no overbearing 'strong arm' tactics to convince us to add on a bunch of packages, when we said 'no thank you', that was the end of the conversation, the gentleman didn't try to explain why we would need all the extras (I hate that when buying big ticket items). We will definately be return customers at the Autonation CDJR location, we are so glad we didn't give up after such poor treatment at a different location. Love my Jeep, I enjoy driving again. Thank you Chris and the Jeep family!

We paid $1000 under the local average for our Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle, which was Autonation's advertised price. No gimmicks and total transparecy about which incentives would apply if we went with in house financing, so we could choose the best deal, and the price was better than any we found in a 250 mile radius. That's important. Our salesman Adam was also great, gave us time to really inspect the vehicle, and got the one we wanted from a sister dealership. However, they completely undervalued our trade-in, eventually coming up about 40% from their initital offer when it was clear we were not going to fall for that and had a KBB offer with us to show the value of our trade. They had the salesman doing the back and forth "negotiating" between us and the manager, and the manager tried to get us to apply for credit we had already decided not to use. We almost walked several times in that process, which took hours and hours it shouldn't have taken. Once we got to the finance guys, it was back to the level of service we got from our salesman- no pushing extra add ons, just finalizing our bank's lending. If their sales managers matched the level of service we got from our salesman and the financing dept, the dealership experience could be soooo much better and more respectful of customer time. We walked in with financing, a KBB offer for our trade, and a specific new car already chosen- we should've been in and out in about an hour. Instead, we were there almost five hours and till just shy of midnight. So, great deal, some great employees, but an outdated sales management mentality that felt like a bad movie parody of what buying a car is like.

I do not recommend this location at all. Our Cherokee had a problem with some parts and stuffs. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday. They told us the car needs a 42hrs diagnostic test without any notification or orientation about a rent car, etc. They drop us off in my house and never called for the diagnosis results. Saturday, I called to know the status of my car, and they didn?t have any answers. Since the person in charge of our car and the technician weren?t working that day, the department didn?t have any idea of the status of the car. I asked to talk to the manager, and he wasn?t available. Leaving us without car for the whole weekend. Monday morning, I called for the status of the car and they were doing the 42hrs diagnosis. I asked for a car and they didn?t have any available. I asked again to talk to the manager and he wasn?t available. Wednesday morning,I called again. They had the results, they repaired and returned out our car at 7pm. We finally talked to the manager and found out we had a warranty that in case the dealer does not have a car for us during the repairs we were able to rent a car. Communication is very bad, the only person that provided information and returned our calls was Dereck, he is the only one with 5 starts.

Overall, I am pleased with my recent 2021 RAM 3500 purchase. However, the buying experience this time around was not as smooth or pleasant as the previous 2 times I have purchased vehicles from this dealership. I traded in a paid-off 2013 RAM 3500 that Blue Booked between $42k and $45k. However, due to the way Autonation values trade-ins on national averages, I felt like we got taken just a bit with a somewhat low-balled offer of $36k for a diesel truck that only had 62k miles on it (their initial offer was a completely unacceptable $32.5k). This feeling was reinforced by a comment made by an employee that they would be able to sell my 2013 for a nice price given the low mileage. While I do not know if it is Autonation or the dealership itself, my recommendation to anyone that is thinking about trading in a vehicle at this place - try to see your vehicle private first. If you do go the trade-in route, be prepared to lose a few thousand dollars.

If you call, it's a three day torn around for an oil change. Made having the prepaid oil changes nor worth having due to how long it takes.

I purchased my vehicle from this company and they constantly send me ads to bring it in for service. I made an appointment online for a State Inspection and Oil Change. When I showed up I had to find someone to help me because they all sit around staring into space ignoring you. The first person I spoke with told me to wait in my car and they would help me. I then went in to find someone to help and they had no idea I was there. Once I finally got someone to pay attention long enough to help me they pull my vehicle back and come back to tell me they no longer do vehicle service work at a SERVICE CENTER. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call when they received my appointment instead of completing wasting my time.

Sold a bad car. I returned it within 5 guarantee days. At which point I was promised by Jared - Manager that they will fix the problem and I could take it again to try if out for a few days. I specifically mentioned that I don't want to as I'll be outside the return-guarantee, he promised me that he will give me more time. Have had issues with me jeep from the first day of lease. Installed warranty part backwards caused front end issues took all day to fix. Oil change takes all day to get done when it shouldn?t be more than an hour max. Had to replace tire had to leave my car there overnight because they didn?t have the tire and no compensation of a rental car. Worse service department ever.

This service department is absolutely awful. Tried to get a safety recall fixed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee- the first apt was for 7am on a Monday, they told me I could drop it off the day before (Sunday). When I went to drop it off the guard wouldn’t let me bring it in, he said I could leave it parked in the entrance driveway (directly off I-10). Who in their right mind would leave their vehicle on essentially the side of I-10 overnight? I scheduled a 2nd apt, and they called to confirm 2 days prior. I show up for the apt and they inform at that point that they don’t have the part. They say they will order it and call me to reschedule. No one bothered to call me ahead of time so I didn’t waste my time driving over. I will be in the market for a new Jeep soon, and I will ABSOLUTELY not buy one from here, for I will not deal with that service department in the future.

I arrived at 8:00am for an 8:30am appointment as I was told I could drop off early so I would have a ride home. I walked inside to check in and was told to wait in line in my vehicle due to Covid. It took 50 minutes before I was ever approached by a service advisor to check me in and for that advisor to state that this location is so busy that they won?t even be able to look at the vehicle until late Monday or Tuesday. I understand they are busy but why accept appointments for days you can?t even look at the vehicle. This makes no sense and is a bad business practice. Why not make the appointment for Tuesday if you can?t look at the vehicle until Tuesday. Very disappointing so be prepared if you choose this location.

I came in for annual service check up and wanted to fix the light on the shift lever. It was not working. Per our customer rep., he mentioned it would cost $975 to order the part and labor. I refused it because it was too expensive. He then charged me for diagnostic fee of $197 for light on the shift lever. My husband questioned it to the manager because we came in and told them the light on the shift lever was a problem. They then took the charge off. I didn't like how they were about to charge me the diagnostic fee. Other than that, customer service was good.

Bought a $60k brand new truck. When programming it, I noticed two features inoperable. Took it to be repaired. 7 days later, I am still driving a loaner after I verified parts were received at LEAST 2-3 working days ago. And, I was told, my vehicle would be priority. The GM is aware per his reply to my Google post, but clearly made no valid effort to see that my truck was repaired ASAP. Bottom line: Once the sell is complete, you seem to be no longer important. Our family and company has purchased FOUR high-end trucks from this location within the last 5 years. Cleary, future sales are not of concern for AutoNation. Nor reputation: I live in a local small town in which I am very "active". Tons of people are aware that my RAM now resembles a Jeep Renegade (loaner vehicle) and why. Doesn't exactly encourage the public to buy from AutoNation Dodge, Ram, Chrysler. What would common sense lead me to have done differently if I were GM? 1). When time is available, have a salesman check the same features that a 46 year old woman (me!) is able to check within an hour on new inventory before keys are handed over. Doesn't guarantee problems under the hood are covered, but you can at least rule out interior features. 2). When notified of a problem (me - Google review) follow up with service making sure that the customers truck is returned ASAP! ESPECIALLY, when that customer has less the 150 miles on the vehicle. Seems pretty obvious. Hasn't been a pleasure although Jennie and the guys in finance were fabulous.

Carlos told him that I didn?t get a free oil change, so I called him. He argued with me on the phone and said he never said that (which he did). I told him I did not like being called a liar and we both know that he said the first oil change would be free his response was it was my word against his and the dealership was going to listen to him. I requested to speak with the general manager and Carlos said he?d have him call me. It has been a week and I?m still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! They will tell you anything to make a sale then not hold up their end of the negotiations!

When buying the car there was some back and forth on oil changes he said they would cover the first service and that was all. Today I took the Jeep in for that service and was informed it was not on record. I contacted Carlos who initially said he did not say that (when he did). After arguing with me back in forth he informed me it was his word against mine. I repeat do not go here and if you do make sure it’s all in writing as they will promise anything for a sale and then act like they didn’t say that. I asked Carlos to have the GM call me, I am still waiting.

I had my dream 2020 jeep wrangler just for them to call me 8 DAYS later and telling me i was not accepted forcing me to bring the car back and walk back home.... I’m very upset, i wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to purchase from them... Between Anthony and the red haired manager, i don’t know whose behind the schemes.. This place is completely unprofessional and the workers suggested that we do illegal things (including one of the supervisors). They wanted us to commit insurance fraud. I co-signed for my sister for a jeep &’ we were told it was approved. They constantly called back because they failed to get all the paperwork. Then they messed up the paperwork and included things we did not agree to. Ultimately they lied about the approval and the jeep had to be taken back a week later, which was a terrible inconvenience after she had put down a hefty down payment and fell in love with the jeep. Staff made unprofessional comments about her bank account. There was hours spent inside the dealership (at minimum 6). The owner admitted she didn’t know what she was doing. Completely unprofessional and I would never recommend buying a vehicle from here. The whole staff needs to be replaced!!

The truck we bought almost a year ago is major faltering and so we call to see what we do as it needs to be towed....oh the next available service call appt is Jan 29!!!! SAY WHAT!!! I am beyond disappointed, having bought our trucks at this location for years this may vary we’ll be the last one. I understand being busy but to have a warranty vehicle take that long to be seen is not acceptable...just as sad is that there is less than 10k miles on the truck. Not very good advertisement for dodge!!!!

Dropped my truck off a day before thanks giving for a simple battery issue and oil change. The service rep did not have me sign anything and told me that my truck should be ready on Saturday. Called back on Saturday and spoke to another service rep, who had no earthly idea which vehicle was I was talking about nor did he believe that my vehicle was even there to get serviced. From what he told me the original service rep did not write the information down correct. So they pretty much lost my vehicle, I spoke with the manager and he was able to locate my vehicle and Informed me that no service was completed on it as of that day. I then received a call to pick up my truck and that it was ready. Due to my scheduling I had no way to pick it up at the time, so I was forced to wait a couple days. On the day I picked up my vehicle the original service rep handed me the keys to a jeep and said here you go sir. I told him I own a blue Ram 1500, he then rechecked and grabbed another key that just happened to mine. I will say that the service manager attempted to correct the issue, but the original service rep defenitely dropped the ball twice. Furthermore, no one ever apologized or tried to offer anything for all the headaches and time I was without my vehicle due to their mistakes. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.

I hadn’t have my car for a month and one of tires that came with it is all cracked, that with the changes of temperature and the heat could pop. I tried to get that replaced but all they were saying is that it passed the inspection even when it’s an older tire than the year of the car. None of the managers would help and even the technicians were checking on that, but of course everything runs through management and they didn’t do anything.

I came to the dealership with a offer from another dealership and asked if they could beat price. Salesperson said not only can they match it but they can beat it. Signed paper work and they stated truck is coming from different dealer and they will drop it off tonight. They dropped it off and left. I opened back door and realized they sold me a extended cab not a Crew cab like I wanted, discussed and had a competitive offer of. They were not helpful on the situation and I had to do everything I could to get the truck I wanted, including pay a lot more for a truck I could of got from somewhere else. Rude staff and manager , will make sure to not only not go there but tell all my fellow firefighters not to shop there as well. No apology or anything was ever given. I was taken advantage of from this dealership. Of course they can beat a offer with a lesser truck.

1st sign of trouble was getting a call that the body work was complete. Arrived to find out that the only one plastic piece was replaced and the damaged bumper was not touched. When the vehicle was dropped off the body shop manager said they would fully inspect the vehicle. This was clearly not performed. Picked up the vehicle and noticed the paper mat in drivers floor board was soaking wet and thought maybe it was caused by the technicians wet shoes. Found out this morning there was 2-in of water. Obviously they left the vehicle outside with the window down during last week when we had some of the worst rain we have experienced in a long time.

I had to have my 2019 Jeep Compass towed in for a dead battery, which they took 8 hours to replace, but they forgot to set the alerts off- so my service engine light came a couple of days later, having to rent a car to have it serviced- costing me to pay for a rental out of pocket. Poor service and first time the car was returned interior dirty and door dusty, it had just been cleaned and detailed before service was performed.

Very disappointed in the service department Auto Nation Dodge/Jeep in Katy - they don't communicate at all. Bob brought in his jeep because the clutch was acting up - mind you had it all replaced 10 months ago and we paid for it - they said we would have to pay $169 diagnostic fee to look at what the problem was. If is was in warranty it wouldn't cost anything. After a few days went by - no call back from the advisor, Tristan- we had to keep calling him to get an update. He was off that day, no one knew what was going on with the jeep - Bob talked to another advisor who looked into it - he said they were working on it! After having it almost a week and half, they finally figured out it was in warranty and they would order parts to get it replaced. The tech forgot to replace two bolts, so they had to keep it another week because they had to get the bolts in and replace them. Really disgusted at this point because we had ask for a loaner car, finally got one the last 3 days before picking up his jeep. Mind you they had Bob's jeep for almost 3 weeks. We're very disappointed in the service department. When it was Allen Samuels Dodge, you never went thru any of this. Now being Auto Nation, they are too big to even care about their customers. Very sad Customer Service isn't important to Auto Nation! They just need to communicate to their customers!

Very poor dealership experience with the service department. It is a disorganized department with extended wait for simple repairs and questionable provided quality of repairs. Facility is dirty, repair bay area are messy with car parts all over the place. Had to get dodge care involved in order to get some help with the repairs process. Most reviews found online for the service department are poor for good reason. There is a multitude of honest repair facility in the area including a dodge dealership less than 8 miles away that help me after dealing with this incompetent dealership.

I wouldn't give this place one star if that was an option. This is a horrible never ending experience. From the day we bought the Jeep in February to now. We have had nothing but terrible service. From the sales manager to the aftermarket girl to the service writer and on to the service manager. All of them clueless and oblivious to the products they sell and repair. We bought a brand new 2020 modified Wrangler and have had nothing but trouble ever since. We should have known the from the second day of having it and it needing to go back to the dealership for repair. Autonation Katy Jeep should not do modifications to Jeeps when the installation and repairs the try and do are shoddy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE for any of your Jeep needs.

Worst experience of my life. They sold me a power wagon knowing it had issues. Then they let it sit there while my right of recession expired and then told me to come get it because nothing was wrong with it. I ended up taking it to another dealer and they said that ram knows there is a problem and they they can order parts for two months because that part is on hold. Also that I won’t get the truck back until most like January because the part is already back ordered! They are a huge rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone! They then told me that I own it and to deal with dodge!

Even after I explained to the mgr I went else where they are still emailing and asking if I am still interested...yes I am interested in NOT hearing from your group again. Tyler is a great service advisor. He does a thorough job and is a pleasant and thoughtful person. The above comment was about 3-4 months ago. The new comment is that we were having issues starting the vehicle. I called Tyler and he said to have them check it out. After a day or so, they traced the problem to the alternator. Tyler said they did not have one in stock, so he would order one. After a few days, all was fixed and ready to go. Tyler kept us updated on what was happening every step of the way. It is very refreshing to know a service advisor by name and have him keep us up to date on what is going on. I cannot say enough about Tyler and his positive attitude and professional manners.

We made the appointment for the first service (Wrangler) and the Oil change that comes with it about 5 weeks in advance. The dealership is about 45 minute drive from our house, upon arrival we where told it would take about 4 hours, which is ridiculous long for this type of service. When we came back to pick up the car, the tires where supposedly rotated. Not sure what was done, but the proper way for a Wrangler with a full spare tire is to rotate the spare tire in on every rotation. This was not done. I wanted to complain, but my wife did not want to waste more of our weekend. The fact that a free car wash for the long time was performed was a nice gesture, just wish they would have washed the whole car, as the roof had not been touched and remained as dirty as before. When a service place is unable to do simple things like tire rotation and car wash right, I am worried about their ability to do more complex work.

I caught the employees lying. I was told that my rear window was resealed and it was not they replaced the cabin air exhausters. i told them about the protective cover over my fuel and break lines underneath the truck. they just cut the zip ties i put on there off and said it was fixed. not 15 minutes after picking up my truck i drove through some rain. to which i noticed the rear window leaking where i told them it was leaking from. and that the shield was dragging the ground. Nothing like being lied to by the big corrupt dealers.

I caught my "service advisor" and "tech(s)" in lies. I told them my rear wind was leaking and that the fuel line protective cover was broken. i had put zip ties on it to keep it from dangling under the truck. The "service advisor" told me that resealed the rear window which they did not. My rear window still leaks found that out 15 minutes after picking my truck. All they did to repair the broken fuel line cover is cut my zip ties off so it was dangling by time i got home.

Provide updates on progress. Actually return calls when you say you will call back. Assign a service rep that will not be on vacation for a week starting the day after car is dropped off. It seems no other service rep follows the progress of repairs. Every time we called, we were told that our service rep was on vacation and nobody knew the status of our repair. At one point we were told the entire service staff was out to lunch (this was 2:30 pm) and nobody could give us an update, we should try to call later. We were originally told our service would take 24 to 48 hours, it took almost 2 weeks to get our automobile back.

Both of front doors have noise whenever the grand caravan hit a pot hole. I took my car to a local dodge dealer in Houston, they spent two days and still did not fixed the problem. Then I took my car to Autonation dodge Katy, it only took them less than 5 hours to fixed the problem by changing the window regulator on both doors. They even provided a free rental car for me.

My experience at AutoNation Katy was a safe, secure and easy car buying experience; especially during COVID-19. All employees wore mask, and enforced social distancing very well amongst their employees and potential car buyers. Their attire was clean and coordinated, unlike the other dealerships I visited while car shopping. There are only a few people one will remember in life, and one of them is a car salesman. I had the pleasure of working with 2; Beau and Marvin who fitted me in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport (JL). I must say, I didn’t even have to test drive the 2 door, Beau had me sold at hello! The first Jeep he pulled up was just right. Marvin, set me up with the best buying options with numbers and made me feel very secure and confident with my purchase. He's the salesman you'll remember! Lastly Victor in finance really made my car buying experience a breeze, we went over numbers appropriately and in a timely manner. He shared his Jeep experience with me and we further discussed the vehicle options and add ons that signed the deal for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for me! Thanks for working through COVID while still placing many in their dream car.

My Jeep has been sitting at this dealership for 8 weeks due to the part being on global backorder. After contacting the CEO of Chrysler, they had a part overnighted to the dealership within 2 days. When I told the dealership it was overnighted and would be there yesterday by 10:30am, I was told repeatedly that it was not delivered. I received another call from Chrysler this morning with the tracking number showing it was delivered yesterday. Dealership responded with more excuses as to why they didn't do what needed to be done. This has been the worst dealership experience I've ever had.

I had my Jeep towed in for a dead battery (still under warranty) on a wednesday at 10:00am. i did not get my jeep back until saturday. On friday, i texted the service person at 4:00. i never heard a word about my jeep until i texted or called them. i opted to pick up my jeep on saturday morning. i am sick of AutoNation. They did not return my lug nut keys the last time i was there. my question - how is it that a battery replacement, oil change and tire rotation take 2 1/2 days with no call back on the status of my jeep

Christina in customer service (Katy) talked me through a crying jag when my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland died when I was out of town. then she helped me arrange a tow truck, met me at the service counter when I arrived and got my Jeep back to me the same day, good as new. Kudos for going the extra mile Christina.

I bought a new 2006 Dodge Magnum from Helfman because the then Allan Samuels would not match the price that was $400 less. I had all my service done at Allan Samuels, until the warranty ran out. it was almost always a good experience due to Steve Gregor. The take over by AutoNation removed access to previous service records and changed the entire feel of the service department. I now have a new Steve in Tyler Painter. He went out of his way to get the Magnum front end back in shape in record time and kept me informed throughout the process and helped in any way he could. Thanks to Tyler i will start having my Magnum service done at AutoNation again.

I am a Jeep fan and have purchased about 10 vehicles from River Oaks dealership so i would always take my vehicles back to them for service. My son goes to college in San Marcos and he has a 2011 Jeep that now has 100,000 miles on it and i have had some work done at the dealership in San Marcos and La Grange. We now live in Cane Island and have found it much more convenient to use the Auto Nation service department. Kai Young has been a real pleasant and knowledgeable service writer. i have for many years preferred using Jorge Fernandez at River Oaks and I still highly recommend him but from where we live it is a real long drive to get to his dealership. My wife drives a 2018 Grand Cherokee and our two sons and me all have Jeep Wranglers.

I recommend the service department there . KAI and Jackie were great to work with . Great , customer service and my car was fixed in a decent amount of time . Although while buying my car from the sales department was horrible . My Financer was Mark . Although he did throw in free oil changes my service wasnot great or at least comforting considering it was my first purchase. The car was given to me in poor condition brake light hanging with one screw, mirror glued back on with glue running down . Although my sales experience was not at all great . the service department made up for this by providing great customer service and fixing what was wrong after bringing it back . I did purchase one of the lower end cars which may have had a lot to do with the service received in the sales department but despite the amount of money I spent at this dealer I should have still received the same customer service from sales as if I was buying a 2020 Mercedes.

I would not recommend using this service department for anything. They had mine for 3 weeks for an ac repair. After being assured it was going to be ready I went and paid the almost $3300 bill, only to get yet another excuse as to why it was not ready. They ended up sending it to another dealership to complete and when I got it back it was missing the whole top portion and wipers. Not very reassuring when you are missing pieces of your car and then find several screws in the interior floor after a 3 week wait.

I could write a 20 page paper on how bad my experience here was but the character limit will require just some cliff notes. I just bought a Ram 1500 Laramie from here. I love the truck still and am happy with my vehicle choice but the dealership has been awful. I spent weeks negotiating the deal ahead of time to make the process quick and smooth on day of purchase. The price I thought we had a very clear understanding of was not honored on day of purchase. Speaking with the general manager about this was a waste of time. He was proud of his team’s tactics to get the sale. It was a very uncomfortable conversation because he just kept trying to manipulate me into believing I was the problem and not him or his staff. Much like how a mentally abusive person keeps their spouse in a relationship. Even with all my efforts to make the process go smoothly including having pre negotiated the deal, having the exact vehicle picked out and the trade ins valued the week prior - it took SIX hours to purchase the vehicle. They also lost the second key and I had to wait days to get a replacement. I purchased a side step that they installed. It now needs to be uninstalled because they installed it wrong and unsafely. It is missing hardware and the middle brackets are installed backwards and upside down. While installing the steps, the brand new truck somehow has a dent in a door. It seems intentional based on how quickly the salesperson cleared the dealership of any wrongdoing. It usually takes hours to get a response from anyone there but when I mentioned the dent (that my wife noticed the second she got home with the truck because she was sending me pictures of the steps) it only took 9 minutes to get a response. In that 9 minutes a seemingly full investigation of the dent took place including interviewing coworkers. The end result was refusal to repair the dent but they would be happy to get a quote for me to pay for it to be fixed. Do not come here for anything. Do not purchase from here. Definitely do not get maintenance done here. Go somewhere with ethical, responsible and knowledgeable staff.

Service at this dealership was the best I have experienced in some time. I did not have to wait an excessive amount of time to be helped and the Assistant service manager that helped me offered to make the repair while I waited as it it was a simple task. If the Jeep has to go back to any dealership it will be this one. Thanks to Collin Eaddy (Assistant service manager) for an unexpectedly good dealership/service experience .

I'm sitting in the lobby returning a 2011 Black BMW : below is the information!!! Vehicle Price: $8,987 Vin: WBAPK5G56BNN28622 Stock Number: BNN28622 Exterior: Jet Black Interior: Black Mileage: 95647 While testing driving vehicle after traveling 157 miles the car started smoking. They told me that it needed a minor valve repair and that I could come back and purchase the vehicle later that week. They called me 4 days later stating the part had come in from BMW and the car was repaired. My gut feeling told me to still get a pre purchase inspection because they will take the car back within five days of purchase. I drove another 157 miles to purchase the car. While test driving it I noticed a light I mentioned on my last drive was still on. They got Edwin from the service department to come and speak to me. He stated that it's a light that is coming on for the tail light but it works. We walked to the back of the car and it was not working. He said it had been. They claimed to take the vehicle back to the service department to fix the light. I signed the paperwork and returned home with the car. I didn't even take the car to my driveway, but straight to my local BMW dealer. I was called the next day with the findings from the inspection. That I will include below. The light was not fixed and continued to turn off unless you tap the light to make it come back on. The supposed valve repair did not happen and the head gasket is leaking oil along with other major oil leaks. The engine was covered in oil just from my drive home. After calling Jared, my sale person to let him know I would be returning the vehicle and they lied about repair work. He had a manager call me to explain that the repairs I forwarded them from the pre inspection were too costly and that it was not worth repair. The vehicle will be salvage. So I sit here this Tuesday morning waiting for my down payment to be refunded. They are actually being very unpleasant and acting like I did something wrong. The same chipper salesman I had in Jared the other day has disappeared! The finance manager has not said one word to me and seems to be taking his time finding out how to refund my $3700 down payment. I just was told to look in my email for my return. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this place without getting a pre inspection of vehicle!!!! I was deceived and and then treated like I was the problem. This vehicle is only for a mechanic or somebody that does not mind paying $6700 in repairs!!!!!!! Please beware!!!! I have no doubt they will be putting this car on the lot to sell to somebody else!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

The intent in writing this review is to save any one considering business transactions with Autonation Dodge in Katy Texas from possible involvement with a similar situation. This is a 100% true story! My 84 year old mother brought her 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 2300 miles into this dealership for warranty repair work. Shortly after dropping the vehicle off, she was contacted by the Service Department and informed that the vehicle had minor scratches and body damage on the passenger side. No visual inspection was conducted at the time that the vehicle was dropped off. AutoNation Katy Service representatives are 100% confident that their video surveillance system is state of the art and were able to trace the car throughout the property, they could not show any proof that the damage was on the vehicle upon its arrival. We are 100% confident that this damage was done at this dealership. After a week, my mother was contacted by service and told that the original service issues that she had reported was in fact the result of a collision and that the repairs would cost in excess of $3000.00. While she was confident that she had not run into anything, there pressed the issue and she was left no choice but to file an insurance claim. After two more weeks, we called to check on the status and were informed that the vehicle was not there and had never been there. We contacted the insurance agency to ask for their advice and they suggested taking it to the Service King across the street. When the vehicle arrived as Service King, they contacted us and stated that the issues that were reported to be the result of a collision were in fact a faulty wheel bearing and that they did not feel comfortable proceeding with an insurance claim as the dealer should have repaired under warranty. FCA customer service was contacted and instructed us to take the vehicle to another dealership. We choose Mac Haik Houston as it was nearby. Mac Haik received the vehicle, immediately confirmed that it was a faulty wheel bearing and the vehicle has been repaired but will be returned with the Body Damage that AutoNation created. We went to great lengths to resolve this in a fair and ethical manner. Unfortunately the FCA Customer Service Representative assigned to our account was less than helpful, condescending, and simply rude. The mechanical and electrical issues have been addressed under warranty, however, the body damage remains and FCA Customer Service is not willing to pursue this any further. The issue remains un-resolved and we will now be pursuing the fraudulent insurance claims with our insurance carrier as they have paid out 30 days of rental coverage, 2 tow truck expenses, and have processed a claim based on the false information provided by Autonation Katy. This is clearly a case of a service provider taking advantage of the elderly and a clear case of questionable ethics. This is portion of the final email that was sent to FCA Customer Service after their representative informed me that the case was closed and then hung up on me. BEWARE!!!!!!! THERE ARE OTEHR OPTIONS. ______________________________ SENT TO FCA REPRESENTATIVE – I do not appreciate your hanging up on me just now. The pattern of your not having the ability to get facts straight continues to amaze me. Window regulator failed at 7 Friday morning. Went to dealer do to rain forecast and lack of time for DIY replacement. Item diagnosed for 169.50. Confirmed regulator broken. Item ordered from out of town. Available overnight, and replaced in less than one hour by 8:15 Saturday morning. Good repair job, BUT dealer labor for this job was over twice the NADA standard. Service claims it took 2.8 hrs including diagnosis, and charged over $485 for labor alone and another $60 for shop charges. The part itself was more than the aftermarket price, but that was expected since there are dealer markups. The dealer labor charge for this short job is why I never use dealer service or repair except for emergencies. I have done regulator replacement on Dodge Chrysler vans, and it is not an extremely difficult job. $173 an hour for replacement labor is a sign of Dodge/Chrysler/Fiat greed, and lack of ethical customer support.

I was having the rear light assembly replaced. The technician had to remove the after market camera in order to remove the assembly. In doing so, the camera was broken. When I got the vehicle back, they said there was just a blue screen. I was told they would not be doing anything about it. I had to replace the camera they broke, out of pocket.

I brought my vehicle in originally for some bumper repair due to an accident. They told me the rear light assembly needed to be replaced because it had moisture/water in it. Luckily, they replaced it under warranty. While doing so, the technician had to remove the after market rear view camera that I had put in. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I was told the camera was no longer working, there was just a blue screen. When I took back to the store I got the camera, they told me the camera was not working, it was damaged when it was removed. I called Autonation Katy to inform them of this and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So I had to pay out of my own pocket to replace the camera they broke.

I have tried to get minor warranty work done 3 times and can?t get anything fixed unless I leave it for several days without a loaner. That?s after setting an appointment a week in advance. I even brought it back for parts to be installed and waited 2 days for diagnosis of a problem they had already ordered parts for and it is still not fixed. They are too busy to worry about taking care of their customers correctly. I bought it from their sister store in Houston but live near Katy store.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and wash but of course they told me I need other things done. I agree to a few and told them that last time I was there that there was a piece of a cover in my backseat. I was told right away that they would speak to the mechanic and try to find the one that worked on my vehicle previously. Well, I saw my vehicle sitting out so I went to ask about it and it turns out they had already finished the maintenance but no one came and got me nor did they wash it as I requested and to top it off that piece was sitting on my center console. I asked my advisor and they said they weren't told anything. Well, they quickly took it to get "hand" washed but it came back looking as if a child washed it with the AC and radio blaring and the steering wheel and seat moved completely out of where I keep it. No respect at all.

When I first arrived, Colin Eaddy met me in the service lane. I told him I was there for an Airbag recall. He informed me there was also a recall on the PCM for a program update. The service was quick and I was on my way in a short time. I recommend Auto Nation to everyone!

The final cost was almost double what was quoted and some of the work done was sloppy at best with messes made with glue and junk left in my car plus the glued section wasn?t all touched so still some pieces of the dash loose!

If i could i will give them no stars. We had been trying to fix a recall on our truck since 2018. The part for the recall was ordered back then and never came in. We scheduled another time to take it in (2019) and got there at 6:30 am to drop it off for the same recall only for them to call us at 2 pm in the afternoon to tell us they did not have the part. First of all, why schedule something to get fixed and you don't have the part? Had to Uber to get my truck and when i asked to speak to a manager all they can do is shrug they're shoulders and apologize. That was the second time this happened and nobody can answer why they never called me back in 2018 about the part and why they scheduled this new appointment without checking to see if the part was available before they scheduled the appointment. Total waist of time and money since i had to take off of work for this! I had to take the truck a third time for them to fix it and the service man Andrew that i worked with didn't even tell them that i was coming and he had taken the weekend off! Very very poor customer service and not organized at all! the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Even one of the service man had the nerve to say that other vehicles come before a recall! This is the reason why i will never buy from Dodge again.

Wheel Alignment recomended by Dealership. NOT properly performed. Re Alignment is sheduled. ***A great big inconvinence to customer / car owner*** Wheel Alignment service has been a issue at this Dealership in the Past and now. I have experienced same issue in the past with 2 other vehicles..... The Dealership service professionals are more inclined to sell more on a service order at the customers inconvenience and expense.

I bought a used Jeep Rubicon Recon from AutoNation in Katy. Overall, the experience was very good. The dealership was nice, clean, and modern. I was treated well by everyone I was in contact with. I especially like the Sales Associate, Derrik Randolph. He was very courteous and answered my questions well. I would select him in the top (2) automobile sellers I have dealt with and I am pretty advanced in age. I would rate his service as 5 star. I had a couple of disappointments after the sale. One was a couple of small missing parts that I, and Derrik, overlooked on inspection of the Jeep. Those have been shipped to me and that disappointment has been resolved. The second is the tires. All of the tires were nice and shiny and looked the same. The spare and the (2) front tires appear to be new. However, the (2) rear tires are not the same as the front tires and approximately 50 percent of the tread is gone. The tires on the rear are the same brand but not the same tire. Neither I, nor I assume, Derrik, noticed the difference at the time. I will admit to being at fault for not getting down and inspecting each tire individually. Since the tires were on the rear, I assume I looked at the front tires and assumed all were the same. As I stated, all were shiny and looked good at a glance. Had I noticed the difference at the time, I would have asked the dealer to match the rear tires with the front. However, the difference wasn't noticed for a couple of days. I haven't been back to the dealer due to my living in north Texas and the dealership being in south Texas which is quite a drive. I have not given a 5 star rating to this dealership due to the tire issue. I don't believe the tires should be different front to rear on the vehicle. However, I do give the Sales Associate, Derrik Randolph, a 5 Star rating and believe he is honest and dependable. I would recommend this dealership to a friend but with the clear understanding that they thoroughly go over each and every part of the vehicle.

Took over a week to make appointment, I called early Monday morning to make appointment and was told that someone would call me back by the end of the day to schedule the appointment by 4:30 no call back so I called them back the appointment was made for the following Monday . I never got a confirmation number I was told it would take 24 hr to get one. By the end of the week never received a confirmation so I called them back on Friday to confirm and was told I never made the appointment. The lady was a little understanding and scheduled the appointment for that Monday. So 3 call latter a week to get the Jeep in, they were way to expensive to get the repairs done so I took it elsewhere .

This dealership needs some serious help! I have a 2017 Ram 1500 with 54k miles. The computer center in my truck has been off/on intermittent for a few months, steadily becoming worse and finally not operating at all. I go to the service department to get an oil change and the computer diagnosed. They tell me that I need a new computer system and they will order the part. The part will take up to 10 business days to be delivered. Well.....time goes by and I hear not one word from the dealership. I called the dealership after 6 weeks and ask for the service manager (Rudy). I left 2 messages with his phone asking service with no reply!!!! So I made another trip to the dealership and talked to an assistant service manger about my ordered part. He looked it up and told me that the part was out of stock and on back order. I ask him why didn’t anyone from the dealership call and tell me about the back order issue. He had no reply. He then said he would reorder the part a second time and they would let me know when the part had arrived. I also spoke with the GM Mr. Flores which didn’t help the situation at all. He just had the service manager finally called me and apologize for not returning my calls. Well, it’s been since mid December and no call about the part again!!!! Is this place still in business????? And why???? I have since call Dodge/Chrysler Motors and complained to a very nice lady named Renee. She assigned me a case number. But the part is still back ordered due to a third party vendor. So I guess my next step is calling Sergio Marchionne the CEO and chairman of the board. The dealership needs to get a reality check!!!

I came out of my house and saw one of my tires was flat. Since I bought the extra warranty I thought I would try it out and changed with the spare. I took it into the service dept. and they said it would be at least 3 hours so I asked if I could leave it and pick it up the next day. That was fine and I got a call the next morning saying it was ready. When I went to pick it up they asked if I would like them to put it back on . I asked how long would that be? The lady there said that there was 1 oil change before me so it shouldn't be long. I thought I would give them another chance, since the last bad experience. I figure an oil change is 15 to 30 minutes so I waited patiently , in the waiting room. After a hour I walked out to see if it was done. To my dismay, but not my surprise, my truck was still sitting in line untouched. It wasn't until a lady inside saw my pacing then she ran out and moved my truck inside, to a stall. The stall was close to the entrance so I decided to watch the process. The tech had a kit of all the tire locks, so he could take the spare off. None of the keys worked so he looked over to me and asked me where my key was. I yelled to him that it's in the glove compartment, as it comes from the factory. He finally got the spare off and the tire on but he had trouble putting the spare back under the truck. It took 3 techs and a half hour to swap the tires. It was brought out front and a gentleman handed me my keys and said it's finished. No explanation or apology for the hour and a half wait. The tech had to use my jack tools and did not replace them back in the correct location, just left them on the floor of the truck. Next time I will just take it home and do it myself in 15 minutes. I do have some free oil changes but I was told by an employee that it isn't worth waiting around so better off going to quick lube. 2 strikes so far. rethinking about their warranty since you have to take your car there.

The Dealership your momma warned you about. I have a 2019 Ram Limited with 41k mikes and extended warranty. Took it in because the battery was dead, service rep suggested that I have them put the battery on core charge that is about 2 hours to get full charge. He comes to tell me the battery is dead and will cost $397.00 to replace it. I told him that is ridiculous as Auto zone has them for 159.00. Then I asked to speak with service manager, so he leaves and comes back 20 or 30 minutes later telling me that if I choose not to take their battery there will be a $165.00 charge for the core test that he suggested. I told him he was crazy along with some added wording. I then told him to get my keys and bring my truck, and that I was going to Hellman Dodge because they would never treat a long time customer like this. After an additional 20 to 30 mins he comes back with my truck. I go to Hellman and $230.00 later a brand new battery installed and truck was detailed. So I’ll let the reader be the judge here, but my thinking is F this place...,

They did not tighten the oil drain nut after they changed the oil. New car, first oil change. Lost almost all the oil. I have been fighting with them for almost 2 weeks now. They have given me misleading information . I do not trust them anymore and would not recommend them. Nothing has been resolved. I think that they are waiting for me to die (I am an old man with health issues) or get tired and go away.

I had a transmission go out at 69K miles on my Jeep Wrangler. I was 10 miles from AutoNation and had it towed there for the repair. I had an extended warranty. My vehicle wasn?t touched for almost a week before it was checked out. It took them multiple days to get an approval for the repair and then I was told a replacement transmission would take another couple week before they could install. I was told I could have a loaner car for up to 4 days and then would have to other transportation. I pulled my Jeep and took it to the Dealership that originally sold me the Jeep once they heard my store about the lack of care or concern AutoNation showed me.

I took my car which is on a lease to get an oil change bc I have a warranty that changes them for free. I drop it off and tell two separate people this. I was having an issue with the start button I wanted them to look at as well. They call me later on after dropping it off and want me to keep it overnight to see id they can replicate the issue. I tell them again about the warranty. I called the next morning to get update again asking about the warranty. Not one person tells me my warranty had already used all 6 oil changes. I would have never gone to dodge to get a oil change for $117. I would have gone to my regular place for $40. Not once in all 4 people I asked about the warranty was I told I had no more. They never called before they did the oil change to tell me. They never told me when I called them 4 times. So I show up to pick up my car and have to pay $117. If I knew my oil change program only allowed 6 and they were used up, I would have gone somewhere cheaper. And the kicker. The sales service guy quinton, conveniently disappeared when I showed up to pick up my car.

Horrible!! Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in because it was pulling and I noticed one tire was far more worn than the others. Service checked and it needed alignment, but the wear on the tire they said was normal. So, according or them, I'm only supposed to get 21K miles on brand new 50K mile tires. A week earlier I had the same truck in their shop for some warranty work and they Passed all tires when they did their multi-point inspection. When I asked how the tires passed the inspection 10 days ago (400 miles), but now need to be replaced "immediately" (according to their current report). They told me they must have missed it the previous week. I showed them the report they gave my the previous week that showed the tires were checked and fine. Proof, to me anyway, that they didn't really do the multi-point inspection but instead just checked all the boxes. I have since traded my Ram for a different truck. Be careful when dealing with these guys

Service department assistant manager was rude. My car has had an ongoing service engine light issue. This was the 5th or 6th trip back to dealer. Due to past experience I had opened a service ticket with Ram Care to provide loaner car as previously explained that Ram must authorize loan vehicle so dealer can bill. Ram did on Friday before Monday drop off, called dealership after speaking with Ram and left message with service advisor informing of Ram authorization and provided them the Ram Care case number. When I arrived no car and the assistant manager argues with me about dealerships process for loaner. Again this is the 5th time so I we?ll know process by now. Explained to assist manager that Ram had already agreed to pay for loaner gave him case number. He said no not how they work and then said well we don?t have any cars and have no idea when one will be available. At this point after so many tries to explain I explained forcefully my frustration. Took my car and proceeded to another Ram dealer for service. I have purchased three vehicles from you but I will never buy another based on your service department.

This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I made a deal on a ram truck and signed the offer sheet when I came in to purchase that morning. After about an hour and a half of waiting someone from finance came out and told me they had messed up the taxes on the offer sheet because I was trading in a leased car, not one I owned. She told me it would be another 10-15 mins and everything should be straightened out. After waiting over another hour I told my sales guy I needed to get back to work, he told me everything was ready and I should be good to sign. When I walked into finance they told me the monthly payment for the 36 month lease offer sheet I signed earlier wasn't doable after the tax issue and the new deal was $150 more a month...this after the sales guy said everything was fine. Long story but after some negotiating we agreed on a price but still extremely disappointed the offer sheet i signed three hours earlier wasn't honored. As part of the deal I paid extra for them to put new 33" tires on the car, when it was delivered that night the tires were different but the same exact size as the stock tires. Told them of the issue the next day and said they would order new ones. After a few days my sales guy told me they no longer wanted to put the tires on because there was a concern of rubbing. I told them fine, just send me a check for the extra I paid and I would do them myself (went to all out off road and tires fit fine). It's been three weeks since I asked for the check and still waiting. Sales guy won't respond to my text messages....wish I would have bought the car somewhere else.

Great selection of cars and the BEST SERVICE! I was in the market to buy a pre-owned car so I did some pre-shopping online. Once I found the car I wanted online, I made a reservation to test drive it. I then called the dealership to follow up and got Adam Memeti, who turned out to be my salesman throughout the process. He met me promptly within 5 minutes of me arriving. The car I was interested in was ready for my test drive and had already been detailed. During the test drive, he went over all of the features of the car. After returning to the dealership, he was very attentive and detailed and did not seem overly pushy to make a sale. After obtaining the info he needed from me, he looped in Jorge Longoria, Sales Manager. Although I came in with a pre-approval letter from a bank, Jorge explained how banks will bid on your business once the credit app is completed... and that they did. He was able to save me a point and a half on my interest rate! Both Adam and Jorge were such a pleasure to work with! I did reserve my car online ahead of time, so I believe that saved me some time (even at that... the process took about 3 hours, which I don’t think there is a way around). I absolutely HATE buying cars, but these guys made the process enjoyable. I’ve already referred a friend. If all dealerships would employ these kinds of professionals, car buying would not have the bad rap that it has. I highly recommend this Autonation and this dynamic duo of Adam Memeti and Jorge Longoria.

Another day of drama at this dealership. They have had my car basically since June 3rd. They replaced my transmission cooler from an accident. Robert stated, “they never added or removed any transmission fluid. In changing that part they would have lost transmission fluid. So my transmission failed, burned up. My vehicle is still there. My state inspection is due. I’m unable to take it elsewhere. I asked one if there GM’s to cover the $25 state inspection. They would not. Meanwhile they have made probably 18k in work on my vehicle. Robert lied after telling me, “they did not add or remove any fluid”. My transmission failed. No transmission fluid was billed for, Until the car went to the service department. Robert the changed his statement to we insured the fluid was topped off. There are too many other dealerships in Houston to ever do business with this one. Robert lies to cover his tracks. His employee diagnosed my transmission as brakes. AVIOD this dealership at all costs.

My car has been at this dearship for 5 months. As part of an accident they replaced the transmission cooler. They did not add fluid after the repair per the collision manager. I brought the vehicle back collision tried to tell me the problem was brakes and rotors. My car is still there. Not my state inspection is expiring. I can’t drive to go elsewhere. They refused to waive $25 Toft the state inspection.

#AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy Katy, TX Don’t walk away RUNAWAY! My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 53k miles. Was in an accident June 3rd 2019. $17000,00 in damage to front end. I did not get the vehicle back until mid August. So they are very slow!! You think after being slow they would at least be thorough. Nope! They replaced my transmission cooler. In doing so you loose transmission fluid. On 10/3/2019 I returned the car to the body shop. The car sat for 2 or more weeks. They mechanics diagnosis was brakes. I argued with Robert the body shop manager. During the conversation he stated, “we did not add or remove transmission fluid”. Today his statement changed to we made sure transmission fluid was topped off. This makes him untrustworthy! So the car went to service. Khi in service was amazing! Services diagnosis was failed transmission cooler. From an o ring. Remember robert’s statement, we did not add or remove transmission fluid.” The o ring failed because the transmission got hot. Why, lack of fluid. Khi had the cooler replaced. The first order for transmission fluid per insurance invoice came from service, not the body shop! Therefore the body shop did not transmission fluid. So I picked up the car. Drove it roughly 30 miles, returned it for a transmission issue on the same day. The transmission failed. The dearship wants to put it off on the insurance company. Even though the body shop NEVER invoices for transmission fluid. Robert is untrust worthy, their mechanic is incompetent, and slow. My car is still at the dearship. I have never been offered a loaner, not a rental. Don’t WALKAWAY instead run!!!!!’ Body shop is Not trust worthy.

After I was told that the part that is known for breaking and that all other dealerships have replaced them for free because of that, I caught the service advisor and shop forman allowing for me to be over-charged for the part and shop time. I had went and found out what the part cost at the parts counter and then went to servive when I was told that the part was a $100 more than quoted and shop flag hours more than required. With the part that broke I couldn't go to another dealership because it would have blown the motor.

Back in July I received service from Autonation DCJ Katy for my 2018 Jeep Compass. I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was Andrew Britton and at the time I felt everything was taken care of. Fast forward to a couple days ago when I went to Mac Haik DCJ Katy and tried to receive the exact same service when I was notified that my wheel lock was stripped and nothing could be done about my damaged 2 back tires nor the rotation at that. I did not receive any kind of service between the time I went to Autonation to when I went to Mac Haik a couple days ago. Therefore I have no choice but to conclude that Autonation?s service team stripped my wheel lock and gave me ZERO notification about it. Yesterday I dropped my car off back to Autonation for the wheel lock issue to be fixed along with my back 2 tires. I dealt directly with Jonathan who is a service manager there. He took care of the damaged 2 tires which he claimed were fixable and put all new wheel locks on my car. I had to call Jonathan back after 4 hours of no notification or update about my vehicle. When I left he assured me that the two patches on my back two tires would be good for the life of the tire. I started driving to dinner with my parents and my tire pressure light came on yet AGAIN. I am nothing but dissatisfied with Autonation DCJ Katy?s service team and will never be going there again. Not only that but Jonathan made me feel rushed and as if I was asking to many questions. Nonetheless I would not recommend their service on your vehicle. Hopefully their sales team is better.

Overall I've been disatisfied with AutoNation Dodge Katy. Everytime I've come for a scheduled maintenance service. And recently a defect with my uconnect display and fuel line . They never have a loaner, even if I book an appointment at the earliest time. This requires me to take a shuttle bus that only drops off and me to spend more money taking a vehicle transport service (Lyft, Uber, etc) to come back at the end of the day to pick up. This last time was frustrating do to not getting an exact time frame for the uconnect replacement just an estimate of a day to 2 weeks. Then a bogus excuse for the fuel line repair and getting a response that chrsyler has no dedicative fix, so basically there's no accountability.

I dropped off my vehicle in the afternoon because the check engine light came on on my way home. There were no loaner cars available when I dropped it off, and I was told I could not have one until they diagnosed the problem. No one contacted me to let me know anything about my vehicle until after I called, at 4:30pm. I then received a voicemail around 5:00pm with information about a car that wasn’t mine. After 20 minutes of trying to reach my service advisor, I was finally informed that MY KEYS WERE LOST, AND THE WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED! On top of this, I was not able to get a loaner vehicle, again. On the second full day that you had my vehicle, my keys magically reappeared, but I was told by my service advisor that the computer code was, “vague,” and that the technician was, “looking up how to fix my Jeep on the internet.” I was, however, finally able to get a loaner. It took over an hour of standing behind one other customer, the only woman able to give out loaner cars skipping past me to help someone else, “really quick,” and going through 6 sets of keys to finally bring the loaner car up. The next day, I was informed that my car would not be ready until Monday at the earliest, because the quality tester took off of work early and, apparently, there was no one else in the dealership qualified to see if my vehicle drove properly. Monday, I was called in the late afternoon, like all other communication from the dealership, to let me know that the “quality test” was complete. I picked up my car, and there was never a definitive answer on what had happened. It was another 20-30 minutes checking in the loaner before I was finally able to drive away in my own vehicle that may, or may not, have been fixed properly because the technician was never sure what was wrong. I will not ever bring my vehicle to Auto Nation Dodge Katy again, preferring to have it towed to another dealership, at my expense, if the need arises.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this dealership. They service many customers a day. Shuttle to and from home when service will take over 2 hours is always an available option. Service counter employees have always been courteous! I will continue to take my vehicle to them.

I have purchased and leased vehicles from this location over the past several years. The service center is terrible. With my most recent vehicle, I was told that I did not have oil changes and tire rotation included. That was false because I pay for it through my monthly payment. I called and called and no response so, I finally had to go in to get and answer. Luckily, I only have one more service to be performed before I move to a new vehicle and I will never purchase or lease from this dealership again. Their team is ignorant and lazy. I had an 8:30 am appointment scheduled today and it is now 11:38 and the vehicle is still not finished ( it was an oil change 🙄) not a care or an apology was given to my husband who sat there the entire time. Very poor service and they have lost my business in the future.

If I could give them "0" stars I would. The service department is terrible. I have always had issues and have purchased multiple vehicles with them. I will definitely take my business elsewhere after this. I scheduled an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and at 11:30 had to call and ask where we were still sitting there waiting. They did not have a care in the world and no apology offered. If you can go elsewhere, I would advise you to! Very arrogant and rude! I have also tried to contact the GM in the past with other issues and no response.

thanks to Brice and Amen for all the help, while the buying experience was acceptable, the first service experience was the opposite, got lied to about when the vehicle would be completed and left on hold for over 30 minutes, after checking around at other repair agencies found the price to be inflated as well, so I will not be taking my vehicle back to be serviced at this dealer, its a shame to lie but even worse to ignore hoping I would give up, I don't recommend them for service no matter what they tell you during the sale

I would never take my vehicle here for regular service. I'd gotten numerous phone calls & emails to bring it in for airbag recall. So I took it in. After waiting 15 min to be seen they said they didn't have the part & would call when it was in.I asked about calibrating speedometer because I put bigger tires on & they couldn't do that - a Jeep place, really? After 3 months of not getting a call, I called them. Sure they had the part. I bring it in. Well why didn't you call? I was on the waiting list. Service tech on my job isn't around & some other guy has to handle intake. I never get a call that it's done so after 2 days I call them. It's been done. I go in, 10 guys in the room & no one acknowledges me, I walk up to the counter, wait another 10 min for the receptionist to get to me. My service tech isn't around. She finds the file at the lead tech guy. Wait another 15 min for them to bring my Jeep around.

Awful customer service. The sales process was quick and easy of course. The experience that followed made me wish I had never even bought the car in the first place. When I purchased the vehicle I paid to have the interior upgraded including a change of color/material to the seats. The sales rep that helped me talked up the process and said how quick and easy it would be and how there would even be a logo on the seats. I asked how long it would take and they said about 5 days to have the seats in and 2 days in the shop in which I would be provided a loaner car, so 7 days from the day I purchased the car. A week past and I hadn?t heard anything so I gave them a few more days then I called and spoke to a gentleman in parts who said I haven?t placed an order for that style of interior for any car recently. I left a message to my sales rep to follow up with me. I get the call and apparently the order was forgotten by one of the sales managers, he says he is putting it in right away and would call me next day to confirm the order has been made. The next day my sales rep calls me and asks if I had heard from the manager yet and I said not yet, so she goes to check on the status of the order and it hadnt been made yet. She asks me to stay on the line while she places the order herself. I can hear on the phone describing the interior, the color, as she is double checking with me to make sure it?s correct and she mentions the logo on the seats as well. She says it will be in in a week and I will get a call to bring the car in. A week passed and no call. I call and there?s nothing in store. I decide I?m going to go to the dealership after work that following Monday. After work I get involved in an accident and have to take the vehicle to the collision center at the dealership. The next day I get a call saying that my seats are in (3 weeks after purchase). After close to 4 weeks my vehicle was ready and upon picking it up I can see the solution used for the tint all over the door panels and on the new leather seats. What I didn?t see was the logo on the seats... I mention it to the collision rep and he says he will call the service department and see what?s going on. Next day he calls me back and says their notes indicate the logo wasn?t part of the deal. I called and the sales rep says ?They forgot the logo? Let me speak to my manager and I?ll call you back.? I didn?t hear back I called and still heard nothing. In the mean time the repairs to my car were ok as far as the suspension and fitting however it wasn?t completely done I still had to take the vehicle to another shop to get the final ceramic coating to protect the paint. When I was able to see the cars paint in the shops light, all of the imperfections were visible. The car had dark spots, fingerprints, and ?Orange peel?. I call my collision rep and he says to bring it in and they?ll have it repainted. I hadn?t heard about the seats yet so I call 3x in a week to speak to the General Manager and they were never in so I ask for their # and leave a voicemail for Cecilio Flores. He doesn?t return my call and instead has a different manager handle the issue. He calls me and says he is sorry for the inconvenience and will see if he can get the logo on the head rests and let me know when to come in. The 2nd time the car back for paint one of the paint booths was out and so it didn?t get repainted until a week later and took another week to complete. I take the car back after a few days because I find overspray on the window they remove it and I take it to the shop to get coated again, this time they find the sand marks from trying to fix the first paint job under the new paint job, there?s overspray on the door and fenders as well. Now after the third time taking it to get painted the paint doesn?t match the front bumper at all, theres overspray still and I haven?t been updated about the seats either it?s been 2months.

Service Went in for a recall, made the appointment two weeks ago. They said they ordered the part. Took my Jeep in and after one hour they tell me they didn’t have the part. Why didn’t they call me and let me know the part wasn’t there? Lousy customer service. Now how long do I have to wait to get it fixed? They don’t know. Said they couldn’t order the part till Friday and its only Tuesday. This dealership needs to learn the meaning of customer service. That’s why I didn’t buy my Jeep there, no one ever offered to help, they just stood around talking to each other. Sent a message to the sales manager and no response.

This dealership has to be the most inconsiderate and incompetent one I have ever used. One visit they can?t even figure out how to put on a window wiper. 2nd time they kept my truck for two weeks, I had to call to see when it would be ready. My service advisor went on vacation and no one know anything. Finally, the day they said it would be ready.... is the day they began working on it. And now they need a part from Dallas. I wrote a letter complaining and called the service manager... not one response! No one should ever use this dealership.

I do not recommend the Service Department. I showed up in the afternoon today Wednesday (8-7-19 )with my Jeep Wrangler. My son and I stopped in the drive and stood next to it waiting on someone to acknowledge us. Nope. It’s hot outside so we walk inside the Service Advisor area. Several employees on the desk phones and conversing with each other. Five more minutes go by. Not a hello or we will be with you in a minute, nothing. We watch three employees mount license plates on a customer vehicle. Finally, a service rep asks if we have been helped. I explain my Jeep needed an upper oil pan gasket (leaking), oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush. I was told the dealership was low on techs. I offered to leave the Jeep with them, no worries. Nope, was told I needed to make an appointment to come back where an assessment of the repair and estimate of the other services would be provided. I was shown to the scheduling desk where the rep said the earliest appointment was on Thursday. I say great, tomorrow. No, 8-15-19, EIGHT DAYS from today. I was totally floored and could not believe the dealership was being managed in this manner. Needless to say, we left and Helfman Jeep on the Katy Fwy got my Wrangler in as soon as we pulled up in their driveway.

It was a Saturday service (oil change and tire rotation) the wait time wasn't bad considering it was a Saturday. Jeep was accepted by service advisor about 7:30 and was initially returned to me at 9:00. Problem was that the oil change was not performed and they had to put it back in the shop to do the oil change.

Every time I take my car in for something simple it takes over a week to get anything done. When you call no one answers the phone. You leave a voicemail and no one returns your call. It’s every single time. Every time. It gets old. Autonation buying everyone out did not help. It made the dealership worse. Isn’t there someone who works there who’s job it is to answer the phone. I want my car back. Fixed. And soon. Tell your people to return phone calls too.

The dealer I worked with was Kathy. She was very professional and made the entire buying process a smooth one. She found what we were looking for from another lot and walked us through the entire process. I told me wife that our last dealership didn’t even show me how to use the features yet Kathy went out of her way to do so. I highly recommend her and will seek her out again in the future if we need another vehicle.

Purchasing my vehicle I was very happy but the service department is the most horrible service you will receive! Showed up go get an oil change & was told there was a 2 hr wait I could schedule online & I wouldn’t have to wait... so I took the advice scheduled online a week later showed up at 8:45 for a 9am apt and was called at 10am by the dealership and asked if I made my appointment....well long story & a lot of anger later I found out that just b/c u have an appt and they check you in that it could be hours for them to get to your vehicle... I did state in my appt scheduling I wanted my Jeep calibrated for my bigger tires told to come back at 11 to pick it up... said they could do it, told at 11 they hadn’t even started on the oil change or the calibration, called at 11:30 and said they couldn’t do the calibration so I went back still had to wait another 30 min for the oil change & demanded answers to why they can’t calibrate it when MOPAR clearly said yes they can.... service Mgr told the guy that checked me in NO... but while I stood there he was on his cell phone & my blood boiled so I went to him and asked why when I had the website pulled up with how to do it... he realized I wasn’t leaving it alone and said he would ck into it and there was a possibility he needed to do some research so he measured my tires and he call me back.... we’ll you guessed it! No call! I’m sure he was too busy on his phone to do any work for the day! I will never return! Not for service or to purchase another vehicle!! I honestly believe they do not have enough mechanics to do the number of vehicles they say they can service, workers that only know how to follow instructions on an iPad and have no clue about make model or even what an oil change is, and the “service manager” LMAO that’s just someone that has a bigger desk and can use his phone! Frustrating
